Job Title: Oracle Apps DBA

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle Applications Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team.

  • This individual will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and upgrade of Oracle server software and related products.
  • Maintenance of application-related products like OACore, OAFM, Apache, etc.
  • Establishment and maintenance of backup and recovery policies and procedures.
  • Database design and implementation.
  • Implementation and maintenance of database security, including user and role creation and privilege assignment.
  • Collaboration with the development team to provide 24×7 support when required.
  • Troubleshooting and consultation services provided to development teams.
  • Liaison with Oracle Corporation for technical support.
  • Patch management and version control.
  • Databases and applications tuning and performance monitoring.
  • Environment cloning from production.
Required Skills:
  • Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 experience and knowledge in Supply Chain and Financials.
  • Experience with Oracle Database release 12.1.0.2 through 19c.
  • Demantra Administration expertise.
  • Familiarity with Exadata and Data Guard.
  • PL/SQL and Linux script knowledge.
  • Oracle Access Manager integration with EBS and Demantra (a plus).
  • General database skills.
  • Bonus points for DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, or Oracle GoldenGate knowledge.
