Business Finance Manager

At our organization, we're seeking an analytical and business-oriented finance professional to join our finance team focused on merchant acquiring.

This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions.

The responsibilities you'll take on:

  • Pricing & Revenue Optimization: Design and implement pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Revenue Leakage Identification & Recovery: Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a finance partner to product, engineering, sales, and ops teams on pricing and profitability.

Key skills:

  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
