Job Title: Transfer Pricing Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex transfer pricing projects according to established guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transfer pricing strategies.
  • Identify international transactions, develop financial analysis reports (FAR), and conduct benchmarking studies.
  • Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and draft detailed study reports.
  • Utilize expertise in tax litigation, interpreting case law, and presenting arguments before Transfer Pricing Officers.
  • Support the tax team during audits by filing necessary forms like 3CEB, 15CA, and 15CB.
  • Ensure seamless compliance through the filing of various transfer pricing documents (Master File, CbCR, etc.).
  • Apply knowledge of international tax rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on TP laws in both India and the UAE.
  • Have hands-on experience with Global transfer Pricing regulations and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting using MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with and the ability to analyze data from benchmarking tools like Prowess, TP Catalyst, and Orbis.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing is highly desirable.
