Electrical Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for project tracking and progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5-15 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, control electronics, and electrical systems design
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, Mathcad, ELCAD, EPLAN, and SAP software
  • Knowledge of IEC, EN, and IS standards applicable to the rail industry
