Electrical Engineering Service Expert

This role offers the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. As an Electrical Engineering Service Expert, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers, showcasing your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with customers (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.
  • Perform field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in electrical engineering service categories and products.
  • Prepare material lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Troubleshoot equipment/process failures, request proactive corrective actions, and make recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.

Requirements:
  • Immersed in our electrical engineering function in switchgear business
  • 3-6 years of experience in servicing, installation, commissioning & testing of MV or LV switchgear for data center projects
  • Enhanced knowledge of MV and LV switchgear (GIS, AIS, RMU, CSS and Relays)
  • Degree in Electrical engineering (full time)
  • Comfortable communicating in English
