Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive client acquisition for our warehousing and logistics services in JLV Innovations Pvt Ltd. This is an individual contributor role, where you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leveraging your network to generate leads, and closing deals with clients in industries such as e-commerce, FMCG, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships to acquire clients for warehousing and logistics services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales plan targeting high-potential clients in key industries, focusing on long-term business growth.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively network through industry events, referrals, and market research to identify and engage new leads.
  • Presentations & Negotiations: Create and deliver tailored proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate CRM to track sales activities, lead status, and progress toward targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Network: Established connections and the ability to leverage a personal network to identify and engage prospects.
  • Proven Success: A track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of sales targets and Competitive salary of ₹20 lakhs per annum (inclusive of commission) and benefits.
