Job Opportunity: Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with children who require additional support in their developmental journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and communicate effectively with parents
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early intervention and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with children with developmental disabilities and neurodivergence
  • Strong background in special education or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
