Regional Operations Manager Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high level of compliance to policies and procedures that have been laid down for Branch operations.
  • Improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce operational costs by implementing quality controls.
  • Conduct regular branch visits, monitor daily activities and assess their effectiveness.
  • Report findings to the Business Manager/Chief Head for appropriate action. Escalate reporting to Head Operations/Business Head as required.
  • Prepare accurate branch visit reports and submit them to the Supervisor/Business.
  • Follow up on audit observations and implement corrections.
  • Perform quarterly self-risk assessments to identify uncovered risks and report to Head Branch Operations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering Controls.
  • Provide frequent training on recent process/system/product changes.
  • Act as a help desk for branches, collate queries and prepare MIS frequently.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for IT, Admin and other department-related issues, escalating multiple branch concerns.
