Hiring for experienced professionals in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team.

Job Profile:

  • Be part of the FP&A process at a global client's organization
  • Produce monthly reports with key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Perform drill-downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge, and working experience is mandatory. A good understanding of business software is preferred. Experience in hospitality or entertainment industry can be an added advantage.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong business acumen, accounting skills, and a proactive attitude. The candidate must be able to analyze and evaluate financial data and create financial models for decision support.
