Thermal System Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join our R&D team. The role involves the design, analysis, and optimization of thermal systems in AWG technologies, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, heat transfer processes, and thermodynamic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and thermal management systems for AWG machines.
  • Perform thermodynamic and heat transfer analysis for system efficiency improvement.
  • Conduct experimental testing, data analysis, and performance evaluation of prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and material engineers to integrate thermal solutions into product designs.
  • Investigate and implement innovative thermal management techniques to enhance system performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: M.Tech in Thermal Engineering / General Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed institute.
  • Mandatory: GATE Qualified (Valid score preferred).
  • Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
  • Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and instrumentation for thermal systems is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot challenges effectively.
