Job Title: Quality Control Specialist

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality in our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) fabrication, welding, and painting processes.

  • Inspect raw materials, fabricated components, and finished structures as per drawings and specifications to guarantee compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for welding, bolting, cutting, and assembly processes to maintain PEB standards.
  • Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface preparation, blasting, and painting/coating quality as per required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Coordinate with production, erection, and project teams to resolve any quality issues that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO/IS/ASTM/AISC/MBMA standards and client specifications.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to maintain our high standards.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication and erection processes for PEB structures.
  • Sound understanding of various welding processes (SMAW, SAW, MIG, etc.).
  • Familiarity with painting and coating standards.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control in the PEB / Steel Structure fabrication industry.
