Structural Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Civil Engineer to fill a key role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures.

  • Develop structural designs for industrial civil foundations and steel structures, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports to facilitate project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams on structural design principles and practices.
  • Evaluate and implement industry standards, codes, and client requirements to ensure best-in-class solutions.
  • Perform feasibility studies and cost estimations for structural projects to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, AISC, Eurocodes, or other international standards.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings and models.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
