Job Title: Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our organization, specializing in Substation Switchyard & Power Transmission projects.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design and engineering within the construction domain, delivering high-quality solutions for power infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities include structural analysis and design of AIS/GIS substations, control room buildings, and associated civil elements.

  • Structural analysis and design of AIS/GIS substations, control room buildings, and associated civil elements.
  • Design of transformer, tower, and girder foundations.
  • Development of drawings for outdoor equipment foundations, guard houses, staff quarters, grading, roads, and drainage systems.
  • Design of outdoor steel structures and other miscellaneous works related to substations and cabling.
  • Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of design packages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in Substation Switchyard & Power Transmission industry.
  • Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering design codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in design software and drafting tools, such as STAAD Pro, STAAD, Etabs, and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in end-to-end design — from concept to detailed engineering.
