As a highly skilled Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundations that meet international standards. This is a critical role within our team, requiring expertise in foundation design, load calculations, and structural integrity.

  • Design and optimize WTG foundations – gravity-based, spread footing, piled, rock-anchored, ribbed beam, shallow mat, etc.
  • Perform load & stress calculations ensuring structural integrity.
  • Select cost-effective, sustainable construction materials aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. They possess 8–12 years of experience in the Power & Utilities / Renewable Energy sector, with proven expertise in WTG foundation design. Proficiency in software such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, and PLAXIS 2D/3D is essential. Strong knowledge in geotechnical risk assessment, seismic hazard analysis, and hydrological risk assessment is also required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization preferred).
  • Master's in Structural/Civil Engineering (Advanced Structural Analysis preferred).
  • 8–12 years in the Power & Utilities / Renewable Energy sector with proven WTG foundation design expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software: STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D.
  • Strong knowledge in geotechnical risk assessment, seismic hazard analysis, hydrological risk assessment.
