**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a portfolio of clients through regular meetings to serve their needs and enhance wallet share.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, consultants, and associations for new customer acquisition.
  • Implement sales growth strategies by penetrating clients with current accounts, term deposits, transaction banking, trade finance, and other products to increase profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key persons, including chief financial officers and promoters, to establish trust and confidence.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain high-caliber client service and efficiency.

**Requirements:**

  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the local market, preferably with a background in sales or credit.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle sales for a range of products, including overdrafts, credit cards, guarantees, letters of credit, and import/export limits.
