Job Title: HR Manager
We are a fast-growing marketing agency with a dynamic team passionate about creating impactful campaigns and building strong relationships with influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate and execute the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent.
- Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs and conducting appraisals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and training programs.
- Handle employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolutions.
- Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
