Role: Head of Investor Relations (Mumbai)

We're looking for a powerhouse to join our team — someone who:

- Has 4+ years of experience in Investor Relations, M&A, or Corporate Finance
- Has successfully raised at least $10 million in equity capital for clients or for their startup venture , been in Series funding like A, B and C
- Holds a CA, MBA (from a top-tier institute), or CFA (bonus points)
- Comes with a background in investment banking or startup fundraising (strongly preferred)
- Brings Big 4/top-tier investment banking experience
- Possesses exceptional financial modeling and communication skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments
