Job Title: Digital Growth SpecialistAbout the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding two-wheeler digital players, building and executing a roadmap for lending with various partners, designing end-to-end sourcing to disbursal journeys, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product mix for maximum volumes.

  • Analyze data and portfolios at partner level, recommend changes to improve sourcing or book quality.
  • Regularly analyze industry trends, competition benchmarking, and drive collection efficiency across buckets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategies for growing lending business with two-wheeler digital players.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient sourcing and disbursal processes.
  3. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
