Financial Planning and Wealth Management Professional

As a financial planning and wealth management professional, you will be responsible for helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing personalized investment advice and portfolio management services.

You will work closely with clients to understand their financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment objectives, and then develop tailored investment strategies to help them grow their wealth over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Meet with new clients to discuss their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Investment Strategy Development: Develop customized investment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios, including buying and selling securities, and monitoring market trends.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in client portfolios, ensuring that investments align with their risk tolerance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or advisory roles in financial services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Series 65 or Series 7 licenses, CFP certification preferred.
