Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Quality Manager to spearhead our quality management systems and drive excellence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, Implement, and Enhance: Create, implement, and monitor quality management systems aligned with healthcare standards, ensuring seamless integration and efficient process flows.
  • Lead Audits and Assessments: Conduct thorough audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Utilize Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deliver Insights and Reports: Analyze quality metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Conduct training programs and awareness initiatives for staff on quality tools and standards, equipping them with the skills necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues, promote effective communication, and drive results-oriented solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field, complemented by Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
  • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, Pareto, Control Charts, and other relevant methodologies.
