Senior Technical Operations Manager

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role within our engineering team. We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Operations Manager to join our site and lead the execution of engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance with Industrial Standards and GMP Guidelines: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Maintenance/Reliability Reviews of New Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve new project proposals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise Change Over Operations for Production Equipment: Oversee the transition of production equipment from one process to another, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Perform Project HSE Management & Execute Project Safety Stops/Reviews: Identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with new projects, ensuring a safe working environment for employees and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Apply State-of-the-Art Technical Solutions: Implement innovative solutions to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Get Permits for Maintenance / Calibration / Projects: Obtain necessary permits and approvals for maintenance, calibration, and project activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document Execution of Calibration, Process Engineer: Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
