The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will primarily work with the APAC office of AML RightSource. This role requires adaptability in an ever-changing environment, outstanding people skills, and strong administrative support.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue and handle increasing responsibility, including overall administrative and recruiting support through job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Dispositioning and updating candidate status on ATS post interview, selection, and offer stages.
- Manage post-selection and pre-onboarding documentation, engaging with candidates as per 30-60-90 days' notice timelines.
- Prepare details of new hires for HR Operations to execute background checks and other joining formalities.
- Update daily interview tracker for recruiters and provide real-time updates on offers.
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
- Proactively follow up with interviewers regarding feedback on candidates.
- Organize candidates' data (e.g., resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases and ATS.
- Work with universities/colleges and technical programs to share career opportunities.
- Demonstrate a history of outstanding extracurricular and academic interests, relevant experience, and skills, including:
- 0-6 months of work experience, preferably in a recruitment coordination role or an internship in HR is mandatory.
- Demonstrated teamwork experience through academic, professional, and/or extracurricular activities.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Graduate degree or PG in Human Resources is preferred.
- Understanding of ATS Workday will be beneficial.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
