Job Title: WFM Solutions Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced WFM Solutions Architect Lead to join our team.

About the Job:

This is a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of WFM and its application in various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of WFM solutions to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WFM, with at least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages.

They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop business cases and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client discussions on proposed solutions, architectural designs, and roadmaps.
  • Design, mobilize, present, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions using WFM applications.
  • Drive WFM implementation from discovery to sustain.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and management, maintain customer relationships.
  • Develop migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Achieve engagement goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least 5 years of IT experience (support + implementation)

Min 2 years of WFM experience

Experience in Big 4, other consulting firms is preferred
