About the Job

As a seasoned Infor WFM Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading client discussions on proposed solutions and architectural designs. Your expertise in Infor application development will enable you to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client needs.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and develop technical or functional solutions that are scalable and robust. With your strong analytical and technical skills, you will lead project implementations from discovery to sustainment.

Your ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner will enable you to advise clients on industry best practices and deliver efficient solutions. Additionally, you will maintain customer relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert, demonstrating in-depth domain and industry knowledge to build Infor practice.
  • Map complex business processes to develop technical or functional solutions.
  • Design, mobilize, present, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions using Infor application.
  • Lead client discussions on proposed solutions and architectural designs.
  • Drive Infor implementation from discovery to sustainment.
  • Demonstrate application-level functional or technical knowledge on Infor WFM Platform.
  • Advise clients on industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on WFM.
  • Able to design and present holistic solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical and technical aptitude based on Infor WFM application.
  • Good domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, workforce scheduling, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Industry Standards, Testing Tools, and Accelerators.
  • Experience with one or more project lifecycle management, issue tracking and/or knowledge repository platforms.
