Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Specialist to lead our team in delivering efficient and effective solutions for clients.
">The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages. They should also have at least 2 years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on WFM.
">Main responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, demonstrating in-depth domain and industry knowledge, and helping build the company's practice. The candidate will map complex business processes to develop robust and scalable technical or functional solutions.
">They will design, mobilize, present, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions using Infor applications to meet client needs. Leading client discussions on proposed solutions, architectural designs, and roadmaps is also a key responsibility.
">The successful candidate will drive Infor implementation from discovery to sustain. They will demonstrate application-level functional or technical knowledge on the Infor WFM platform and advise clients on industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
