Job Description:

  • You will lead and manage projects to identify and mitigate operational risks across various areas. As a senior manager, your responsibilities include preparing detailed project plans, reviewing and validating existing frameworks, policies, and procedures, identifying control weaknesses, and contributing to the firm-wide risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) exercise.
  • You are responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management strategies that align with global and Indian frameworks, methodologies, and standards on process risk and controls.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects, providing regular updates on project execution and quality reviews.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 9-12 years of experience in operational risk management
  • Certified Accountant (CA), Associate Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Master's in Business Administration (MBA), or other relevant master's degree
  • Excellent understanding of risk management principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Strong skills in MS-Excel, Word, and PPT, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization
