Business Development and Growth Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to participate in rotational assignments across different departments.

As a key member of our team, you will gain broad business understanding through rotations, assist department managers in daily operations and project execution, analyze data and generate reports to support business decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency, attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to develop leadership skills, support management in strategic planning and problem-solving, and contribute ideas for business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist department managers in operational tasks and project coordination
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and business software
