Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – U.S. Accounting Expertise

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary/Compensation: Competitive package based on experience and industry standards.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in U.S. accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Filing Management: Handle U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns, ensuring timely submissions and minimal audit risks.
  • Cross-Border Accounting: Manage cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations, providing insights into global financial performance.
  • Audit and Analysis: Perform audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Accounting Advisory Services: Advise on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes, ensuring ongoing compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Certification: Possess a valid CA qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting, with expertise in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting software used in the U.S.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Cross-Border Transaction Expertise: Possess experience with cross-border transactions or multinational corporations, preferably in a leadership or advisory role.
