Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis. The role involves working closely with the finance function and controllership teams to close monthly MIS and optimize costs. Key responsibilities include providing real-time analysis, influencing strategic decision-making, and developing a deep understanding of the business, cost drivers, and other functions within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Reconciling MIS and book of accounts to close monthly MIS
- Stakeholder management and working closely with the Controllership and Business Finance team
- Assisting with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as required
Requirements
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and good business acumen
- Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills
- Previous experience as FP&A is desired; experience in a start-up would be preferred
- Knowledge of SQL would be an asset
