Job Description:
As a seasoned Coupa consultant, you will provide expert-level support for our procurement and financial processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
- Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Coupa certifications or training.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
