Senior IT Procurement Analyst Position

The Senior IT Procurement Analyst plays a key role in the procurement of IT services and products for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in IT procurement.

Job Description:

As a Senior IT Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the approval of IT procurement projects and ensuring adherence to Group Procurement Policies. You will also process procurement requests and invoices for Group IT, contribute to the continuous improvement of processing work through defined SLA based operations, liaise with IT vendors and internal clients globally for IT procurement operations, provide procurement services to stakeholders within the company, support IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and handle payment queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the approval of IT procurement projects and ensure adherence to Group Procurement Policies.
  • Process procurement requests and invoices for Group IT.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processing work through defined SLA based operations.
  • Liaise with IT vendors and internal clients globally for IT procurement operations.
  • Provide procurement services to stakeholders within the company.
  • Support IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and handle payment queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a procurement or invoice analyst.
  • Sound knowledge of IT industry procurements (hardware, software, services & telecom).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management and basic accounting practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ability to process large volumes of requests and routine tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.
