Branch Relationship Lead
This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic relationship management, leadership, and collaboration.
About the Role- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of relationship bankers to achieve individual and collective targets. Provide guidance on relationship management techniques, customer service standards, and performance metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, delivering tailored banking solutions that meet their unique financial needs and objectives.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share. Collaborate with product teams to introduce innovative banking products and services.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement effective risk management practices to mitigate potential risks associated with client relationships and transactions.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the performance of relationship banking activities. Take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, credit risk analysts, and operations teams, to streamline processes and deliver seamless banking experiences to clients.
