Job Summary

The Sourcing Manager/Associate is responsible for driving direct client acquisition and expanding the broker/channel partner network to enhance sales performance across luxury apartment, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region.

  • Lead a team of Sourcing Managers across site locations, fostering growth and development through mentorship and structured planning.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals, ensuring target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects across Thane.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by leveraging investor circles, HNIs, and direct client sources.
  • Track quality of leads generated and converted by the sourcing team & pre-sales team.
  • Coordinate with on-site Sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures.
Requirements
  • 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred).
