Job Description:

Sr. Software Engineer - Treasury

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitize both functional and non-functional processes within our treasury system, Findur.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal development team to achieve successful delivery.
  • Involved in upcoming feature-related discussions to ensure optimal outcomes and support for the business case behind changes.
  • Closely involved in agile processes to ensure continuous improvement in code quality, review processes, and ceremonies.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years' experience as a software developer on OpenLink/Findur Treasury System or alternative systems.
  • Experience with financial trading terminologies, including knowledge of financial instruments such as Swaps, Options, and Bonds.
  • Proven experience working in large-scale global teams with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Treasury business language and capable of converting business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Deep understanding of Findur data modeling and system designs, with experience on advanced Findur modules like APM and Hedge Analyser being an asset.
  • Highly skilled in writing clean, reusable, and efficient code that is easy to read.
  • Knowledgeable about Vendor-hosted system setup and segregation of roles.
  • Familiarity with SQL and SQL Servers.
