Director of Analytics

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the development of our data strategy and build a high-performing analytics organization.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Analytics to join our team and drive the creation of scalable data infrastructure, unified data views, and self-service analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in data leadership, technical expertise in data modeling and query optimization, and experience in building and scaling analytics teams.

  • Your Role: As Director of Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the next generation of our Data Mart, defining tools and frameworks for data creation, transformation, and consumption, and building unified data views that support diverse analytics use cases. You will also partner with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data is democratized and actionable.
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and implementation of our next-generation Data Mart
  2. Define tools and frameworks for data creation, transformation, and consumption
  3. Build unified data views that support diverse analytics use cases
  4. Partner with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data is democratized and actionable
  5. Establish data governance, quality standards, and best practices for the org
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data & analytics leadership with proven success in building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies
  • Strong track record of running analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data ecosystems
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems
  • Hands-on experience with both behavioral and transactional data, and integrating them into a single analytics layer

KPIs / Success Metrics: Success in this role will be measured by data infrastructure and scale, adoption and impact, data quality and governance, and team and leadership. Examples include reducing data processing and reporting times, increasing cross-team usage of standardized data views, and establishing data governance frameworks.
