Enterprise Fintech Project Lead

This is a senior-level role responsible for leading the implementation of large-scale fintech projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results across multiple stakeholders and client touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Support, to translate client requirements into detailed implementation plans and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Design and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and integration.
  • Oversee ETL processes to extract, transform, and load financial data across systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation/project management experience in fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience implementing financial automation tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and basic data mapping.
  • Agile/scrum-based implementation experience.
