About the Role

We are seeking a talented Finance Application Support Lead to join our FinTech team in Hyderabad.

As a key member of our Global Support team, you will lead the charter of expanding the scope, increasing Customer Satisfaction Score, optimizing processes, reducing issue resolution turnaround time, reducing issue inflow, and increasing first-time right rates at reduced costs.

You will provide expert-level support for +50 Products/ERPs/Business Systems at Uber FinTech, mainly on Oracle R12 EBS, EPM Cloud Apps, Fusion Financials, and other SaaS products including Coupa, Creta, Blackline, Kyriba, Custom APEX products, etc.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining functional documentation, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs, developing and delivering training programs for end-users and super-users, providing ongoing support and maintenance for all FinTech Applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues, staying up-to-date with new features and functionality in FinTech Applications, and making recommendations for automation or implementation.

You will also lead and participate in projects to implement new functionality, upgrades, and patches, collaborate with other teams such as development and quality assurance to ensure alignment and effective communication, work closely with Engineering Org to develop and test system extensions, enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes, ensure the FinTech Support's SLAs are met, participate in Product Development rollouts and enhancements, and manage different Vendors involved in supporting the FinTech Business Systems.

Requirements
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of Procure to Pay cycle, Accounting, Supply chain, and Compliance
  • Good knowledge of PL/SQL, including review, debugging, and SQL writing
  • Experience in Change and Release management
  • Experience in deploying financial application projects globally
Benefits
  • A Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance (CA/CS/CWA) or related field
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle R12 On-Prem and/or Fusion application support and/or other ERPs
  • Proven experience leading functional teams and providing expert-level support for Oracle applications
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 On-Prem and Fusion functional modules, including configuration and setup
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including SaaS and PaaS
  • Oracle certification (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of PL/SQL
