Associate Director Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead our growth marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing the GTM engine, running multi-channel demand generation, standardizing lifecycle journeys, and building an analytics stack that ties every rupee to revenue.

About the Role
  • Design and implement the GTM engine, including defining ICPs/segments, value propositions, annual growth plan, channel mix, and budget tied to revenue targets.
  • Run multi-touch ABM for top accounts, including insurers, NBFCs, exporters, and conglomerates.
  • Own paid search/social/display, lead SEO/content pillars, launch/high-convert landing pages and calculators.
  • Design scoring, routing, and nurture journeys, set & enforce BDR SLAs, deliver sales enablement.
  • Build a single source of truth (GA4 + CRM + ad platforms + call tracking + product analytics), run A/B tests, manage attribution, forecasting, and weekly growth reviews.
Requirements
  • 7–12 years of experience in B2B growth/demand gen for fintech/data/BFSI (India) with owned pipeline targets and measurable revenue impact.
  • Proven ABM + inbound playbook, strong SEO/content and paid acquisition execution at scale.
  • Hands-on with lead scoring/routing, lifecycle automation, attribution modeling, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, tight alignment with Sales/BDR.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with trade credit insurance, collections, credit bureaus, or LEI workflows.
  • Experience with PLG/self-serve motions and BFSI events.
