Senior Site Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.

  • Design and implement high availability architectures with failover and recovery mechanisms, ensuring seamless system uptime and minimal downtime.
  • Develop capacity planning models and collaborate with stakeholders to forecast future scalability requirements, guaranteeing efficient resource allocation.
  • Establish and document performance baselines, thresholds, and SLAs for critical applications, maintaining optimal system performance.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architecture. Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, AppD, Prometheus, Fluentd, ELK, Telegraf, Influx, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relic is also essential.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5-9 years of experience in site reliability engineering. Excellent communication and business presentation skills are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder management. You must be able to work independently to execute customer-facing roles, making sound decisions and taking calculated risks when necessary.
