Job Title: Observation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Observation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health of our systems.

  • A strong background in observation and analytics is essential.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Docker is required.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Oracle Cloud is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As an Observation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing system availability.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Required Skills:
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar platforms.
  • Infrastructure and Application Monitoring: Hands-on expertise across diverse environments.
  • Command-Line Skills: Strong skills in Unix/Linux and Windows systems.
  • SQL and Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL or NRQL for querying and data analysis.
  • Github, Terraform, and Jenkins: Familiarity with these tools is a plus.
