Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to spearhead our finance functions, encompassing accounts, audit, compliance, and secretarial departments. As Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for driving the organization's financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage financial expertise to optimize cash flow management, working capital optimization, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring effective risk management and adherence to corporate governance norms.
  • Manage regulatory, tax, and secretarial compliances under Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other relevant laws.
  • Drive fund-raising initiatives, including equity, debt, and structured financing, while maintaining strong relationships with banks, VCs, PEs, and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as legal advisors, merchant bankers, and auditors, to achieve business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in consumer-facing industries, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of financial laws, Indian accounting standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of SAP HANA, Salesforce, Excel, and modern finance tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
