Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to assist our Finance Manager in day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Manager in managing and maintaining financial records, including Tally entries and invoices.
  • Assist in preparing and updating salary workings in Excel.
  • Coordinate with banks for Export related documentation and tasks.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial data.
  • Contribute to the preparation of MIS reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in finance accounts role.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel, with knowledge of basic formulas and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
