We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to assist our Finance Manager in performing day-to-day financial activities with high attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update Tally entries and maintain accurate invoice records by verifying data and ensuring timely updates.
  • Prepare and update salary workings in Excel, applying formulas and VLOOKUP functionality as required.
  • Coordinate with banks for export-related documentation and tasks, maintaining effective communication and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain stock and inventory records, monitoring levels and optimizing storage space.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial data, adhering to compliance regulations and company policies.
  • Support in preparing MIS reports as required, analyzing data and providing insights for business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounts roles, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
