**Position**: Accounts Executive - Finance and Accounts

**Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping and Data Entry**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Enter financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify invoices for payment.
- Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies.
- Manage timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- **Accounts Receivable**:

- Generate and issue invoices to clients.
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment issues.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with internal records.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare routine financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits.
- **Budget Assistance**:

- Collaborate with senior financial staff in budget preparation.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and provide analysis.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.
- Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
- **Tax Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
- Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with different departments to gather financial information.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Expense Management**:

- Monitor and control company expenses.
- Implement and maintain expense policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of taxation processes and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
