We are seeking a Jr. Accounts Executive on an urgent basis to join our finance team and manage accounting operations and compliance along with reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage **import payment entries** and **import container costing**.
- Handle **SBLC (Standby Letters of Credit)** and other banking documentation.
- Record and reconcile **share market entries** in **Tally** and **M-Profit**.
- Conduct **GSTR 2A reconciliation** and **bank reconciliation** to ensure compliance.
- Scrutinize **debtors and creditors** regularly.
- Audit invoices and resolve discrepancies..
- Review and clear **suspense ledgers**.
- Generate and present **monthly MIS reports**.
- Verify **e-way bills** and ensure proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in accounting/finance.
- **Qualification**: Graduate (Commerce background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **Tally** and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience in **banking, reconciliation, and compliance**.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
