  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of medical coding experience, preferably in an inpatient facility setting.
  • Proven expertise in ICD-10-CM and PCS coding, with the ability to assign diagnoses and procedure codes accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers, clinical personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex coding issues.
