Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone or WhatsApp business account.
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Accurately answer customer questions about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Collaborate with design and styling teams to oversee and manage customer inquiries and shoots.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-1.5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
