Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Manager to lead our production team in planning and executing daily fabrication activities. The successful candidate will oversee the entire fabrication process, from material selection to final product delivery.

  • Plan and manage daily fabrication activities as per production schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, including welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality.
  • Manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
  • Drive productivity and control rework to reduce waste and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, including WPS, NDT clearances, and material traceability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols.
  • Excellent leadership and hands-on supervision skills to motivate and guide your team.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
