Job Description:

The role of India Marketing Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading the transition from an external marketing function to an in-house capability. This involves elevating our employer brand, driving brand awareness and talent attraction, strengthening internal communications, and enhancing leadership visibility.

This role requires close partnership with Global Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Culture teams to shape and execute initiatives that position our company as an employer of choice in India and globally.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing social media and content campaigns, managing creative development and agency/vendor relationships, developing and publishing thought leadership content, employer profiles, and PR initiatives, and overseeing our company's presence on platforms such as Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and LinkedIn.

Additionally, this role involves coordinating award submissions, tracking key employer branding metrics, driving internal communications, planning and managing events, and partnering with global teams to ensure alignment and impact.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, employer branding, or communications, with a strong leadership presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, employer branding, or communications
  • Experience in a regional or global organization preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns, PR initiatives, or brand-building programs
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct line management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to design and execute impactful campaigns across social, PR, and employer branding
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
