
Email Marketing Leader

Objective:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to spearhead the strategy, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns.
This pivotal role is focused on driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring that our marketing efforts are effectively aligned with our commercial objectives and customer engagement goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and refine the current marketing strategy to ensure it aligns with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Define clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, reporting these results to key stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing innovations to continuously evolve our marketing strategies, ensuring maximum impact.
Roadmap and Campaign Planning:
- Lead the development and execution of the marketing roadmap from a commercial perspective in close collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring prioritization of initiatives that drive the highest business value.
- Develop compelling business cases to secure approval and budget for new marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with both product development and commercial goals.
- Ensure campaigns are fully supported by the necessary resources and tools, working closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective implementation.
Campaign Optimization:
- Work alongside the Marketeers to optimize campaign performance, including open rates and click-through rates, through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Lead efforts to enhance customer journeys, focusing on personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Maximize the use of Marketing Cloud to deliver high-performing campaigns while continuously improving and maintaining marketing deliverability and IP management.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the connection between the business/commercial teams and the Development Team, ensuring marketing strategies are executed effectively and align with broader product and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance, Data, and Webshop teams to drive personalization and automation across the entire customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
- Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for marketing strategies and contributing to their goals.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as platform providers (Marketing Cloud), and strategic consulting agencies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Lead reporting efforts on the commercial performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring insights are actionable and help guide future strategy.
- Collaborate with the Lead Marketeer to present campaign performance to key stakeholders, focusing on both commercial and marketing-specific metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, or related roles within eCommerce or retail, with a focus on customer engagement and business growth.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
- A creative, strategic thinker who is passionate about customer engagement and revenue growth.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud (Certified) (or similar platforms: Braze, Epsilon, Oracle Marketing Cloud, etc).
- Expertise in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and customer journeys in an eCommerce environment.
